Nestled in the unmistakable Provencal landscape, you’ll find this chic and sprawling wine estate. From the Nice airport (or the Marseilles airport – they’re equidistant), you’ll take many a winding road through beautiful scenery on your way to Ultimate Provence. Upon arrival, the interesting contrast of the historic, natural setting against the chic and contemporary design chosen by Monaco-based interior and architecture firm Humbert & Poyet is apparent.
With only 34 rooms, the hotel is intimate yet incredibly sprawling. There is an immense amount of public space including a large lap pool, a restaurant situated on a terrace, several libraries, and a wine tasting room. The rooms are also spacious and filled with pops of color and texture. The unique juxtaposition of raw and contemporary materials like concrete and steel, with more homey elements like oak, marble, brass and leather, gives a special character to the property.
