Created by Salt Hotels, a family-rooted hospitality business, The Aster is a new hotel and social club in Los Angeles with a warm atmosphere and a wealth of amenities for hotel guests and members.

Located in the middle of Hollywood, The Aster presents iconic views of LA history including the Capitol Records building. While small and intimate at just 35 rooms, the amenities are endless and spill out over three floors, ensuring a private and personal experience. The members club opened concurrently with the hotel, and accepts applicants with a diverse array of backgrounds – not just creative types. 

Every room is a suite sprawling more than 750 square feet, with a separate lounge and dining space, dressing room, and a spacious bathroom. Outside of your room, there are boundless spaces to explore, each bursting with color and unique personality. Dining at The Aster is a bespoke experience, with celebrity chef Marcel Vigneron at the helm of the food programme, using locally sourced ingredients to create a tailored menu. The beverage program is overseen by Chris Whelan, who has created a rich menu of custom cocktails as well as an expansive non-alcoholic menu to ensure everyone feels welcome. 

Sitting atop the sixth floor of The Aster, Lemon Grove is the star of the show, a gorgeous restaurant on a sprawling rooftop overlooking historic Hollywood architecture. A true destination restaurant, Lemon Grove offers a comfortable retreat and a creative menu of beautifully prepared dishes. Amenities at The Aster are seemingly endless, the most inviting of which is a warm swimming pool with an adjoining restaurant – Aster Park. The pool is set in a garden-like atmosphere and along with a full food and beverage menu it features daytime DJs, sure to make it a favorite gathering spot. The fifth floor club room is open to hotel guests, and features its own restaurant as well as a separate cabaret lounge and dance floor in the spirit of the Hollywood surrounds.

Other unique amenities include a recording studio, wellness suite, and a beauty salon by celebrity stylist Jonathan Antin. At night, the property takes on a new dimension as the city lights sparkle and The Aster shines as an urban oasis. From the rooftop at Lemon Grove to the cabaret room and dance floor, nightlife options at The Aster abound and offer guests a chance to be a part of the scene.
